Abkhazia hopes to improve relations with Georgia. Sergey Shamba, so-called Prime Minster said this in his conversation with "Moscow's Echo". He underlined that the present Georgian government closed all possibilities for dialogue, when passing the "legislation about occupied territories".
Shamba as well said that they will not compromise in no case. They will not agree for the withdrawal of Russian troops in turn for the restoration of dialogue with Tbilisi.
