Norway's death toll in the horrific Oslo bombing and Utoya camp shooting last Friday has been revised downward to 76 after initial estimates placed it as high as 93. Norwegian Anders Behring Breivik, 32, has been arrested for the attacks that killed eight people in Oslo and 68 in Utoya. A police spokesperson in Oslo, said it could be that some were counted twice.
The country of 5 million residents is mourning the people killed in the tragedy. The citizens even planned a mourning march, which failed because the number of people willing to join it exceeded 100,000. The area was crowded and the people could not move, so they decided to observe silence holding flowers in their hands.
United Nations Organization expressed its condolences to the people of Norway and the families of the dead.
