The Tbilisi Appellate Court finished the review of a case against Israeli businessmen Zev Frenkel and Rohni Fuks. The Court decision reads that the appellation is groundless and both accused persons will face the punishment according to the sentence already delivered by the Court.

The first instance court sentenced Zev Frenkel for the committed crime for 6 years and 6 month of imprisonment and as an additional punishment to the fine in GEL100000. Rohni Fux is sentenced for 7 years of imprisonment and to the GEL 500 000 fine for the state budget.
The decision delivered by the first instance Court was appealed by accused businessmen but was disregarded by the Appellate Court. The Appellate Court heard additional witnesses of the accused party, new evidences; nevertheless the court found that the appeal was groundless.
