Eka Beselia, leader of the movement Solidarity for illegal Prisoners was forced to leave the Court room in Batumi.
The Judge decided this after Beselia disobeyed to the warnings of a Judge. Beselia attended the court trial for observing the human rights issues and protested against restrains put on defense lawyers by the Judge.
Beselia said the Judge Vera Dolidze was leading the court trial with evident violations and legislative breaches.
"He unlawfully made several decisions concerning procedural decisions, this give us a basis to apply to the Justice Council for the disciplinary liability of Judge Vera Dolidze. As well we apply to the international organizations in this connection, "- Beselia said.
