John Baas, USA envoy said that the reset policy between Russia and USA was not deadlocked. John Baas said this to journalists when commenting the political scientists' declarations.
"The reset policy was always based on the areas where Russia and USA have common interests. For the last 10 years in this area some progress happen. The reset policy does not happen against the interest of USA. The clear example of this is our relations with Georgia, USA upholds the Georgia's right for freedom of choice for its own future, "- Baas said.
