To the USA Senate the resolution was presented in support of Georgia, Irakli Alasania, leader of free democrats said in Washington, GHN reports.
"The USA senate presented the resolution in support of Georgia and I thanked USA lawmakers for support. Of territorial integrity of Georgia, "- Alasania said.
He noted that it is necessary to strengthen the policy of non recognition of Abkhazia and S.O., but from the other side it is necessary to make changes which will allow Abkhazia and S.O. to turn back to Georgia and to start the negotiations with the Georgian public. But unfortunately no such resources exist in the Saakashvili's govt.
"For this we were discussing the future of Georgia in the internationally recognized borders, "- Alasania said.
