Beselia accuses the Judge in unethical and illegal behavior. She said that the abuse of power takes place. The Judge heard the cases concerning the protest action participants detained at the Batumi TV protest action. Beselia was monitoring the court trial but was expelled from court room for the criticize in connection with unfairness of a Judge. After this the judge Vera Dolidze even more restricted the defense lawyers in its activity and fined the defense lawyer unlawfully and expelled form the trial abused physically and imposed an administrative detention.

Beselia as well informs that the disciplinary actions against the Judge must be performed immediately, as her actions are the direct psychological pressure over the accused persons.
