Today the Adjara uality Week was held today in Batumi. In connection with this occasion an 8 meter-long Adjarian khachapuri - cheese cake (national Georigan dish) was baked today.
The khachapuri was baked by the chief baker of the "Okros Gasaghebi" (golden key) Bakery spending 4 sacks of four, 40 kg-s of butter, 100 kg-s of cheese and 90 eggs. The gigantic khachapuri was baked in a special oven.
The khachapuri is one meter longer in comparison with the one baked last year. The organizers of the Quality Week say they plan to break their own record next year and bake 12 meter-long khachapuri.
The guests attending the event ate up the khachapuri in 92 seconds.
