President Saakashvili wishes to cancel all undesirable TV channels before the Parliamentary elections of 2012 and the 2013 Presidential elections, Giorgi Tsagareishvili, MP said GHN reports.
He said the Georgian authorities intentionally wish to sale the TV-Radio Center before elections. "This will make the free media such as "Maestro", "Caucasia» and other undesirable channels for Saakaahvili to put in disadvantageous situation in tax pay. This will finally decided the problem with free media, which presently is a matter of concern for President Saakashvili, "- Tsagareishvili said.
He noted that the new parliamentary fraction will defend the free media as well, as Saakashvili managed to smash everything except of media, this was once more evident after the case on photo reporters.
