The USA President Barak Obama got an understanding with Congressmen. Trey Gaudi, representative of Republicans in the Chamber of Representatives said in live over CNN. He is against increase of the upper limit of the debt for USA.
"I think that we have a progress... Today we were preparing for the third reading of a Bill for the increase of USA debt upper limit, "- he noted.
For information, if before the August 2 the USA will not increase the upper limit of a debt, than the state has to declare the default.
