USA Senate not passed Bill conserning anticrisis questions. The majority in Senate were representatives of Democratic Party. They voted against the increase of the upper limit of the USA state debt increase.
To be noted that several hours ago this morning the same Bill was upheld by the Chamber of representatives. The BBC informed that against the Bill voted 59 members, and for the passing of a Bill voted 51 senators.
The Bill was initiated by John Beimol, Spokesmen of the Chamber of Representatives. The Obama Administration said the Republican's Bill which was upheld by the Chamber of Representatives is a "dead" one.
