USA avoided default. In the Congress both party leaders reached an agreement, Obama made a statement over this. The talks are about the cut of state expects for USD 1 tn during 10 years.
At the same time the agreement was reached for the raising the state debt ceiling for USD 3 tn and to avoid default.
Experts say the Pentagon budget will decrease for 350 bn during 10 years.
