The 31 prisoners were released pre-term on probation over the decision of local councils. After the accomplishment of the oral hearing 31 applications were satisfied.
According to the principles of the Pre-term release Commissions the Council are considering the applications from prisoners each month. After this the oral hearings are held in presence of prisoners and its defense lawyers.
Te 5-member councils are completed with the representatives of local self governance, Ministry of Probation and National Agency of Probation.
