Nino Burjanadze, leader of the Democratic Movement presented the conclusion of the forensics bureau to journalists. The case touches the accident after the riot police dispersed the protest action in front of Parliament building.
According to the conclusion on May 26 at night the forensics were not fixed any crush of a car with a human being or any other thing. The first record fixed the movement of six cars at night and no any clash is fixed at this time with the human being or other thing.

Burjanadze said this is a scandalous conclusion, for which the government will be answerable.
Burjanadze said the forensics conclusion will be sent to international organizations for the review.
