After tree years from August war the situation with secessionists regions gets worse, Gogi Khutsishvili, scientist in conflicts said, GHN reports.
"The situation gets worse for many serious reasons, from the point of view of security and in view of new wave of refugees emerged as a result of conflict. Moreover we are in disadvantageous position in view of Russian bases dislocation on our territory. By the decision in 2005 all armed forces were withdrawn from the Georgian territory except of Gudauta. After the August war here much many military bases are, "- Khutsishvili said in conversation with GHN.
He said the only positive point which was followed the war is that Russia showed its real face to the world. "After this it was expected that the international community would determine the appropriate policy towards Russia, that would held to the reoccupation of our territories, instead we see the reset policy with USA and redistribution of power in EU for the partnership relations with RF (especially in France and Germany).
He noted that the Georgian government should change its position to occupied territories and in fact to determine own position to occupied territories.
