Levan Gachechiladze, leader of opposition party said he did not pay yet the bank indebtedness for which he may face the expulsion from own home. Defense lawyer Natia Korkotadze said this to GHN.
"Levan did not covered yet the indebtedness before the bank, as he has no money for this. Accordingly the litigation between him and the "Tao Private Bank" is pending as yet, "- the defense lawyer said.
He said that the litigation concerning the home at the Barnov Street 144 was passed to the court already.
"The appellate Court has already accomplished the preparation works for the beginning of a hearing. Nevertheless the date of hearing is not yet appointed, " - Korkotadze said.
