Secessionists' leaders Eduard Kokoity said that in case if the tensions will rise in the region again, then the Russian armed forces which now are in the S.O. territory will increase.
He noted that the good neighbor relations with Georgia he may establish only in case if both parties will be equally independent.
"No other alternatives can be except of equality and good neighbor relations. He said that despite much betrayal he is not offended; he understands that Georgian people are in a hostage of nationalistic regime, "- Secessionists leader said.
