The copies of materials concerning the August events in S.O. the Kremlin passed to the International Criminal Court. The RIA Novosti informs this.

The documents are directed to ICCt to raise the criminal liability for the government officials in Georgia who are guilty in crime against the Russian Federation citizens. It was underlined that as a result of the business trip to S.O. the investigation was carried out and evidences obtained which are denying the position of the Georgian side concerning the accusations in the pleading to UN International Court "Georgia v. Russia"

It was noted that on April of 2011 the Hague Iternaitnoal Court closed the case on the pleading of Gerogian republic against Russia about the rassial discrimination (the case was initially improperly drafted according to the UK experts).

To be noted that according to the S.O. data as a result of the military attac 1.5 thousand people were killed, but the RF investigative commiitte declares about the death of 162 people in this region.
