Today on February 2 at 11:00 in the Office of Public Defender, in the propose to conduct a self-governance elections in fair and just way NGOs will sign a memorandum. "We, the NGOs are declaring the maximal readiness to conduct self-governance elections in fair, transparent and just environment." - the memorandum text reads.
NGOs are planning the active cooperation between each other in the pre elections period. In the day of the elections and after the elections day they will cooperate to act properly and coordinated and to provide the effective exchange of the information obtained as a result of the elections.
As well the cooperation is planned with the foreign observation missions, which will provide with the existing information, info about deficiencies in the elections system and monitoring results.
The NGOs will use every possible legal way to make evident breaches, they will react accordingly and will inform the society about them.
The constitutional relations will be established with the elections administration with elections subjects and with the parties of the elections.
