The International Criminal Court reviewed the documents sent by Russian Federation about the war in South Ossetia. The Court will decide if the case will be decided by this Court. The Russian "Comersant" informs. According to the investigation alongside with this process Georgia as well tries to pose the liability question for Russian Federation in turn.
The Russian media informs that the case might be strike out from the Court review. The reason is that Georgia is not a signatory party of the Rome international criminal statute. According to the existing rules of the Court the investigation may be initiated by the UN Security Council or by the Procurator's Office.
"We are in hostage of Luisu Moreno-Okanpo. If he will refuse the investigation on the case in absence of legal instruments, then we will, not be able to force him, "- Krmlin's official said.
