As a result o the August 2008 conflict the S.O. and Abkhazia did not got the independence but became more depended upon Russian Federation, Russia is mistaken when believes that won the war with Georgia, - Temur Iakobashvili, Georgian Ambassador to USA said in his interview with VOA, GHN reports.
"I think no winners are in this war. We loose many lives of people, which we cannot return. All other things are revocable. I believe the image of Russian Federation at the international arena degraded, as Russia now plays openly as an occupational force. The attempt of Russia to fix its occupational power over the diplomatic ways failed.

I do not believes that Abkhaz and South Ossetia are now independent states, the y are even more dependent as it was before now upon Russian Federation. It would be better if Russia will change its strategy, for Russia and for all regions this will be a good strategy, "- Ambassador said.
