Sergey Kapandze, Deputy Foreign Minis niter said that in connection with the Russian Federation's affiliation in WTO, in the current negotiations the questions are which we can compromise. But at the same time there are fundamental questions which we cannot compromise.
"These red lines are well known for Switzerland and as well for other friends and for Russian Federation as well. We already made a big compromise we are not demanding to put our customs officers at the Psou border and Roki tunnel. We did it to show that we have a constructive approach to the question and we are interested in Russia's affiliation to the WTO.
In summary, he said that now the favorable situation is at Russia's side in WTO negotiations. If it is interested with the WTO affiliation it will agree to the Switzerland's suggestions, if not it will refuse.
