The Georgian Young Lawyers Association will initiate a legal pleading in support for refugees living in the hotel Abkhazia.
The GYLA head Tamar Chugoshvil said this today at the press conference. She noted that the Georgian legislation about the "IDPs - refugees" strictly prohibits the eviction of refugees from its dense settlement object.
"Following this, the Police are obliged to cease the procedures of eviction of refugees from the dense settled objects. According to the law the realty questions should be decided over the Court hearings, " - Chugoshvili said.
For information the refugees may face eviction from the hotel Abkahzia and maight be settled in town Rustavi.
