Border Police, Department of the coastal defense of MIA detained Azerbaijani citizen Makhman Mekhtiev for the marine border regime breach. He was floating in the Georgian territorial waters with hydro cycle.
Makhman Mekhtiev was fined for GEL 300 for the infringement of Georgian Administrative Code Art.114 (part 2).
