The Tbilisi City Court did not satisfy the legal suit of Christian democrats concerning the new tax system. The Judge did no satisfied Targamadze's demand to abolish the tax for waste tied to the electricity payment.
Christian Democrats said they are not about reconcile with the Court decision and are ready to apply to higher instance Court.
"Number of people will face a loss according to the new tax system passed by Parliament and approved by Sakrebulo, they will pay 10-times higher taxes for waste than it was before, " - Christian Democrats said.
