Georgian Public Defender Giorgi Tughushi calls the refugees Minister to refrain from the eviction of refugees and to defend its interests.
The statement of Girogi Tughushi reads that Refugees living in Abkhazia and in the "Institute of Resorts" should be defended in its interests. The refugees Ministry has to reach an agreement with refugees for the alternate living space and the compensation for the realty purchase. Till the agreement will, not be signed with all necessary legislative procedures, no eviction could be possible from the settled objects. At the same time the living conditions of refugees should not be worse than previous.
According to the preliminary information it is planned to resettle refugees on August 15 from hotel Abkhazia.
