The case of ex-Border Police Chief Badri Bitsadze the City Court will decide next week. The GHN was informed form his defense lawyer Levan Samushia, the accusation party accomplished the presentation of witnesses.
"Nona GAprindashvili expressed willingness to question her. She believes her evidence will help the Court to determine a right decision. All other witnesses are already presented by the defense and the judgment will be delivered next week, "- Defense Lawyer said.
For information the Court today questioned MIA Information department head Shota Utiashvili. He was mainly asked about the records which the MIA disseminated over media. He informed that the records indicated the tape which showed group of people willing to replace the government forcefully. Nevertheless defense Layer asserts that Utiashvili could not explain the basis for guilt those alleged persons.
