Grigol Washadze, Georgian Foreign Minister will ignore the rising by Russian Federation of the criminal case against him, this information GHN received in the Foreign Ministry. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well will not make any official comments about this fact.
"We will ignore this fact, so not Minister not the Foreign body will comment this, " - in Foreign Mininstry declared.
We remind you that the Young's Union of Eurasian Fund received a notification about the rising of the criminal case against Grigol Washadze, Foreign Minister.
It was noted that Washadze while being a Georgian Foreign Minister made an incoorect comments and acted in such way which amounted to the crime according to the Russian Federation's legislation - Criminal Code - article 280 part two and 282 part one.
We remind you that Grigol Washadze refused from the Russian citizenship in 2009 November 4. "I sent my Russian passport to Russian Federation, and by this action I expired my obligations as a Russian citizen, " - Washadze said. He noted as well that the procedure of the annulment of the Rusian citizenship is very complicated, as the Russian Constitution does not stipulates this process. He noted that acting by such way he easied the process for them.
