Georgian and Armenian governments signed an agreement on mutual defense of investments and its promotion.
According to the agreement each party is obliged to make favorable conditions for the other party for the investments in its territory.
In case if the investor will be at loss, for the reasons of the war of any disorders at the other party's territory the conditions will be imposed which will be no less favorable than in case of restitution according the legislation to the any third party or the same country's representatives.
The agreement between Georgia and Armenia will be in force during 10 years, unless any of the parties will notify the other party in writing in 12 month before, that it should quit the agreement.
