Ukraine Foreign Ministry is concerned over the attempt of foreign partners to make an influence over the Court trial of Yulia Timoshenko, Ukraine ex-Prime Minister.
"The presumption of innocence is an equal term for accused and for the Judge, so we are astonished with the attempt of our foreign partners to make an influence over the Court trial, to impose the sanctions against people whom are alleged in something, based on political considerations, " - Oleg Voloshin, head of Ukraine Foreign Ministry's Politics Department said.
He said he has no grounds to impose any sanctions against Judges who are at the Court trial. "If anyone is unsatisfied with the Court decision there is a rule for the appellations and there is no need to frighten Judges with imposing over them visa restriction sanctions.
