It is strange, that in the Georgian-Russian relations nothing changed during the 250 years. To be more exact from 1783 the history is repeating itself endlessly, and endlessly the same dramatic situations are repeating. The scenario is the same and and evident. However the 5-days war in 2008 made it clear, why such strange repetitions happen: it is for the desire of "dragging occupation" and imperialistic aims (especially after the restoration of the state independence of Georgia).
The cinical and very sad is the fact that, like it was in the peaceful socialistic and politically neutral period, now as well Moscow remins our fatal direction for our existence. But earlier it was "botherhood ties" with Russia, now we even have no possibility to make any diplomatic relations with the country having a status of an occupant. But nevertheless the government (mostly because it is forced to) and the opposition (because of revenge desire) are seeking solution in the destruction of secessionist tendencies. The government has all nessesary tools and the legitimacy for resolution of this question, but it cannot dare to arrive to Moscow. The opposition is welcome in Russia but its real influence to the political processes is too minimal. In any case the strategy and ways differ of the opposition and the government in this issue.
The movement of Nogaideli (former Prime Minister) "Movement for Fair Georgia" became so active in direction of Russia that it may be guaranteed with the first "traitor's" name. At this background the "People's party" of Koba Davitashvili and "Conservatives" of Kakha Kukava are preparing for the Moscow meetings, Burjanadze, whih her "Democratic Movement" remins in shadow as yet. The "Labors" of Natelashvili is not in the avangarde already.
Here are many ambiguous situations in the politics making us to think who traitors are in fact and who patriots are. Let's take for example situation conserning with the Georgian observers in Ukraine and scandalous interview of Gigi Ugulava with "News week". And maybe the charitable consert with participation of Paata Burchuladze in Moscow is collaborationism.
