IDS Borjomi Georgia shares Russian company will purchase. Igor Gvritishvili, representative of Georgian Union in Russia informed about this.
He said 25% of shares have USA Company which intends to sale them to Russian company. Gvritishvili does not disclose which Russian company has purchased the 25% of IDS Borjomi Georgia. Nevertheless is sure the negotiations will be accomplished soon in favor of Russian company.
As it is known already several days ago the "Ropotreb Nadzor" Russian sanitarian service announced the decision about return of Georgian wines and mineral waters to the Russian market.
The company IDS Borjomi international was established in 2004 on the basis of GC&MW. For today it unites four companies IDS Borjomi Georgia, IDS Borjomi Ukraine, IDS Borjomi Russia and IDS Borjomi Europe. It owns 8 mineral water's factories and operates with the 12 brands. It is exported in 30 countries.
The GC&MW owner is Mamuka Khazaradze, the company was established in 1995.
