Nino Burjanadze said commenting the resent Court decision delivered over her husband Bardi Bitsadze, ex-Border Police Chief, that for her once more it became clear that in Georgia no fair Judicial system exist, neither fairness in the country. She promised Bitsadze will appeal up the Strasbourg Court and will win.
"A person is accused in the group crime, but no accomplices, neither people who committed the crime are. This is one of the chains of total injustice which is spread over the country. This chain should be Brocken. Very soon all will be free, and those who are fulfilling the unfair tasks in the courts will face the prosecution, "- Burjanadze said. She said the case will be appealed in higher instance.

For information, the Tbilisi City Court sentenced Bitsadze for 5 years and 6 month of imprisonment. Nevertheless this is a judgment delivered in absetia, as it is not known were Bitsadze is.
