Knut Vollenberg, OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities met with Sergey Bagapsh, Abkhazian seccesionists' leader. According to the information of Abkhazian side Bagapsh said to High Commissioner that he is aware about the fact that the national minorities question in the country is an indicator for the level of the democracy. He underlined once more that Abkhazia is not going to review any document or strategy of Georiga in connection with S.O. and Abkhazia. As well he commented about the Geneva negotiations. "For the continuation of negotiations the mutual compromises are nessesary. We are suggesting the non use of force agreement in that respect. But instead we are given a new document which we will not even review, " - Bagapshsaid.
