Mustafa Abdel Jelil, leader of the Intermediate Council in Libya said the Gaddafi confronters cannot take full control over Tripoli up to now. He said several regions are still under the Gaddafi forces control. He as well cannot say where Gaddafi is presently, is he in Libya or not this is as well unknown. Nevertheless his son Saif Al-Islam is in hostage, but in safe place.
He as well underlined that he will be a leader of the Council till in the country will not be fully replaced a government. He hopes that Gaddafi will be taken alive and will be prosecuted. "A real victory will be when Gaddafi will be in hostage," - he said.
