Today, Mikheil Saakashvili sailed on yacht together with his youngest son and talked with the journalists about the development of the Anaklia resort zone and its tourist potential.
A new seaside resort, has been granted the status of a resort city today. President will attend the presentation of various infrastructure projects in the city.
He jumped in the sea from the yacht and swam to the beach, where locals met him and took photos.
President also walked on a new walking-bridge, which is under construction presently. The 550 meter long path is constructed of wood mostly and it is considered to be one of the largest walking paths in Europe.
