Dmitri Medvdiev, President of Russian Federation calls Gaddafi and rebels to negotiate and to stop a war. The information is disseminated over the Reuters.
"We wish Libyans to make some agreement between each other. We will be very glad if the war will be ceased and the parties will start the negotiations about the future of the country. Despite of the successes of rebels Gaddafi and his military forces still are keeping the positions and influence over the country, "- Medvediev said after his meeting with Korea leader Kim Iong Second.
He said the Russian Federation watches closely the events developed in Libya and Russia will establish the official relations with the rebels after they will gain full support from the public.
"If the rebels will be able to start the democratic processes in the country, than it is natural we will establish relations with them, "- Medvediev said.
For this time the Intermediate Council in Libya is recognized by 30 countries in the world, among the m USA and several EU countries.
