Nika Chitadze, expert said in the new circumstances when Anquab is a president in Abkhazia now more chances are to reopen the dialogue. Shamba would be stricter in this line.
"Alexander Anquab expressed his willingness to agree for negotiations with Georgian side without any preconditions, he said this one month before. Anquab is more realistic in this area and he does not wish to make Abkhazia dependent only upon Russian Federation. Following this we can say that Anquab's Presidency may bring more chances for dialogue with Georgia. I would note that Russia was for Shamba, but Anquab was less desirable candidate, "- Chitadze said commenting the recent elections in Abkhazia.
At the same time expert said it is less expected that when reopen the negotiations such important questions will be discussed as the status of Abkhazia is. Simply some bilateral contacts will be discussed and among them the economic cooperation.
