Ukrainian border guards detained a group of Russian citizens in Kharkov region at the check-point. According to the Russian media these people are the representatives of NGO "CIS-EMO". They are an internaitonal observers, thery were arriving to Ukraine for the Presidential elections. The deputy head of the mission Alexey Martinov dissiminated this informaiton.
"92 people which were travelling from Russian Federation to Donetsk region for participation in
the second tour of Presidential elections were detained by border guards, " - Martinov said.
The international NGO - "CIS-EMO" works under the questions of elections in the post soviet area.
Martinov said that Ukrainian border guards explained this incident with not having a "some list of people" at the check point.
