Today on September 1 the Local Councils which are established for prisoners pre term release will gather again. This time they will hear the oral statements form prisoners. After this will be decided how many prisoners will be released next time pre term. According to the principle of Councils work the statements form prisoners will be reviewed at the end of each month. After this the oral hearings are held.
At the same time, the reports form Local Councils the Corrections Ministry's Permanent Commission reviews once in three month.
