The Public hearings in ECtHR are to be held on September 22 for the case Georgia v. Russia, GHN reports.
Particularly, it was noted that the question of admissibility of the legal suit will be discussed in view of the military actions of Russian Federation in South Ossetia in 2008 August.
The first application was directed by the Georgian government to the ECHR in August 11 of 2008, in which Georgia accused Russian Federation in ethnic cleansing. In February 2009 Georgia applied to the Strasbourg Court with another application which will be reviewed in September.
