"USA Ambassador makes right analysis. We have to take in consideration that this is a document for the internal use. Diplomat presented a vision about Georgia for the USA State Department. This document has a big importance. The main is how Baas will present it. How he will present the tendencies. In such case I believe that he tries to present the positive tendencies and this denotes he is inclined to the Georgian governmental position.
Not I am not accusing him in a biased position. Simply his letter does not gives information that the democracy problems must be named as a problem number one, otherwise nothing will happen in our country to the better. I am not seeing this in this letter. I was impressed that Baas somehow makes the situation softened when he says that the economic problems could be improved. This is not a case and we know this well, "- Sesiashvili said.
