People are arguing often what we should do better, and should we act in another way. Was it necessary to make a state reconstruction? Bur we had nothing to reconstruct. We started to build the state from the very beginning, "- President Saakashvili said.

He as well noted that from the frustrated country Georgia became a number one from the point of view of the business development in the Central and Eastern Europe, as the World Development Bank reported.
