President Saakashvili said Georgia's speedy construction works equals to Turkish and Chinese ones.
"Our ‘know-how' is a good construction. In fact, we are studying the construction works very speedily. The Water Power Plants as well are constructing with high quality and very speedily. We are not a country which is lagging behind and waits when some foreign country will come and build something. We are gaining a big experience in construction works, "- Saakashvili said.
