Grigol Katamadze, Georgian Ambassador to Ukraine said the Georgian diplomatic mission is not engaged in a business activity in Kiev. In conversation with GHN he said that the hotel Ibis, where the Georgian embassy is located, constructed an investor. He noted that the Georgian embassy in Ukraine promotes the business activity between two countries, but is not involved in an actual business.
He underlined that the hotel Ibis was constructed under the sale investment project as the Georgian Embassy in Ukraine. The company "Misgbudininvest" is an investor which constructed both buildings hotel and embassy.
