Russian President Dmitri Medvediev dismissed Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin.
According to the established procedures in Russian Federation ministers are appointed and dismissed by the Prime Minister. Probably Putin was to prepare official documents for his favorite Finance Minister dismissal. Till now no comments were made by Putin on this occasion. Nevertheless they said that "Kudrin will be remaining in the Putin's team." He already serves for 11 years in the Russian government.
For information, Kudrin declared that is not going to continue his activity in the Medvediev's Cabinet. This followed by a very negative reaction from President, and a demand to refuse his words or to resign.
