EU prioritizes the conflict regulation in a post soviet area. Catherin Ashton, EU High Commissioner said at the Eastern Partnership summit.
She underlined that at this moment obstacles are in regulation of problems in S.O., Abkhazia, Karabachos and Trasnistria.
