Presidnet Saakashvili will deliver today a speech at the conference "Forum 2000", which is organized by the fund of first President Vaclav Havel, GHN reports.
For information, the traditional conference is taking place for the 15-th time in Prague. As usual Vaclav Havel will open it. This conference discusses important questions which Europe faced nowadays.
This year 114 delegates will attend it.
