At the Abkhazian and South Ossetia border with Russian Federation the Georgian Customs Control establishing is not under the review for the preconditions for Russian Federation's affiliation to WTO. The talks are about the international monitoring. These points were underlined by Arkadi Dvorkivich, aide of Dmitri Medvediev, Russian President.
