Christian-Democrates at the meeting with NGO representatives are critisising the antimonopolistic legslation in Georgia, GHN reports.
Levan Vepkhvadze, MP said the legislation content is out of any critics. He said that the "Agency of concurring and purchasing" cannot provide an independent investigation of the market. The above mentioned legislation project conducts an investigation according to the priorities determined by government beforehand.
MP as well noted that the market investigation is attached to the GDP, and is the business is not above 25%, the agency cannot review it.
